What Do People Say About It?

Amazon

Theorie Shampoos gained a lot of positive reviews on Amazon, here are some of its satisfied customer’s feedback:

“I have been using Theorie shampoos and conditioners for about a year now, and I cannot believe what a difference they have made on my hair. I have fine, thin hair.. other products have frizzed out and damaged my hair terribly. With Theorie, however, the texture of my hair is like satin and my stylist always comments on how healthy it is wherever I go in for a cut. I was recently unable to find the shampoo locally and had to switch off to another brand. Within a month, my hair had become so damaged I had to get the bottom three inches cut off. I’m six weeks into using Theorie again, and my hair is still fantastic…and that’s with swimming daily in a chlorine pool (and therefore washing my hair twice a day) for the last four weeks! This is my holy grail product! 10/10 would recommend.”

Another review:

“I have been a loyal Theorie user for several years now and as a hairstylist I have tried many, many different brands over the years but Theorie is a winner! Their products all smell AMAZING and are lightweight and effective. They also don’t leave a residue which many other brands tend to do from the silicones in their products. Not easy to find always and not cheap but worth every penny!”

Youtube

A Youtuber has shared her experience with Theorie shampoo, specifically Theorie Argan Oil.

She first talked about what her hair type is to give a little background.

She mentioned that her hair is straight, intense to be on the dry side as she frequently blow-dries, and uses curling iron and flat iron to her hair.

“These shampoos and conditioners are absolutely amazing, they add volume to your hair, they have a great smell like rose petals, and most importantly they put moisture back into your hair especially the ends, which is something very hard to find with shampoo and conditioner…”

She also mentioned that she recommended it to her mother, who has thick and curly hair, and experienced the same thing!

Final Verdict: Is Theorie Shampoo Worth Trying?

Yes, Theorie shampoo is definitely worth trying.

What’s great about their products is that they offer so many variants to choose from, so no matter what hair type you have or whatever your specific hair needs are, Theorie shampoo has something for you!

It’s made from botanical ingredients that are hand-picked only, so they are of the best quality. They are cruelty-free, phosphate-free, paraben-free, nitrate-free, and GMO-free.

However, its downside, even though that the brand claim they are safe for colored treated and keratin-treated hair, others are worried as it contains “Sodium Laureth Sulfate” (Sodium Laureth Sulfate is a milder form of sulfate, unlike Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) which might still strip down hairs’ natural oils, keratin and cause hair color to fade.

But other reviews written by those with keratin-treated and colored-treated hair said that the shampoo was fine and works for them nicely.
