Let’s have a look a today’s Rope braided side bun.
30+ BEAUTIFUL BRAIDS FOR SHORT HAIR – DAY 29
This up-style is romantic, elegant and chic. It might be simple, but definitely worthy of a special event. I personally love how it looks from every angle. You can easily do it on yourself and it will work great on short to medium, even on quite layered hair.
This style will work best on hair that is previously curled (away from the face). Start by dividing your hair into an upper and lower section by making a reversed U shaped section from the top of your ears. Tease the lower section and tie it into a side ponytail.
Next you’ll want to divide your ponytail into several sections and twist each of the loosely. Place the ends near the nape of the ponytail and secure it with bobby pins. This will create a messy yet chic bun. Feel free to let some of the curly ends hang down.
Now do two loose rope braids on each side, drape them around the ponytail and secure everything with bobby pins of course 😉
